With over 12 years of experience in the field and more than 8 years of providing supervision and mentorship, I am deeply passionate about guiding new and experienced clinicians in their professional growth. Teaching has always been one of the most fulfilling aspects of my work, and supervision allows me to support and empower others in a meaningful way

I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can build confidence in your clinical skills, deepen your knowledge, and grow both personally and professionally. My approach is tailored to your unique needs, ensuring you feel supported as you develop your identity as a therapist

I primarily use the discrimination model of supervision, integrating multiple approaches to meet you where you are. Depending on the session and your needs, I shift between the roles of:
✔ Teacher – offering instruction, guidance, and constructive feedback
✔ Counselor – helping you explore emotional reactions to clients and your own internal process
✔ Consultant – fostering autonomy and collaborative problem-solving

Together, we will focus on case conceptualization, intervention skills, and the therapeutic use of self—ensuring you feel both competent and confident in your work.

The relationships I built with my own supervisors have been invaluable, and I still maintain those connections today. My goal is to create that same sense of lifelong support for my supervisees—so you feel empowered, knowledgeable, and never alone in your journey.

Cost

I provide individual, triadic and group supervision.

Triadic and group are based on availability and I may request that we periodically meet for individual supervision as well.

• Individual: $75 per hour

• Triadic: $60 per hour

• Group: $50 per hour (Depending on the group format, group supervision may be 60-90 minutes in length)
